GoGiYo Korean BBQ

Came here for an early dinner based on a friend’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint! I had the beef set and it was absolutely delicious — the beef quality is top-notch, far better compared to other Korean BBQ places I’ve tried in Perth. Tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The side dishes were generous, with fresh kimchi and a standout spring onion kimchi (which I rarely see elsewhere — loved it!). The steamed egg was slightly on the drier side but still tasty, and their sweet & spicy chicken was packed with flavour with just the right level of heat. One thing I found really interesting — they use a charcoal grill instead of a gas stove, which adds a beautiful smoky touch to the meat. Staff were friendly, attentive, and service was impressively quick despite the place being packed. Ordering through the QR code on the table made things super efficient, and the food came out fast. It would be nice if they added a simple dessert option, like ice cream, to end the meal on a sweet note. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience — left with a happy tummy and will definitely come back!

We have been wanting to check this place out for so long! I don’t normally like Korean BBQ but this place was AMAZING! The service was fast and helpful. The fried chicken was delicious, I recommend the butter garlic chicken! The food was so fresh and filling, we will definitely come back!

decent korean restaurant in kardinya ! the quality of the meat exceeds expectations !! especially the pork belly which had the perfect ratio of meat to fat and paired really well with the ssamjang :) only critiques i have are the portions, because while i understand the prices are relative to the quality, the amount of meat they gave was still a bit underwhelming. also the amount of lettuce they gave left a lot to be desired (only enough to make 5-ish lettuce wraps in total) :( overall a pretty good experience, and i will definitely come back to try more of the menu !

We had a really satisfying BBQ meal here. Whether it was the wagyu beef or the marinated meats, everything was tender and delicious. The fried chicken was amazing too! Definitely the right spot if you’re looking for high-quality meat.

Had a family dinner at Gogiyo, absolutely enjoyed that night. Beef set B was really good, juicy tender well aged different cuts of beef cooked on char coal was amazing. It comes with steamed eggs and a pot of soup, great combo. Two thumbs up and highly recommended to anyone who loves Bbq.

This new establishment has officially become one of my favourite places for Korean BBQ! The meat was fresh with condiments going super well with it. The cooked food also tasted amazing such as the seafood pancake which was flavourful (albeit a little bit soft but nothing a little of bbq could do) and the Korean fried chicken which was crispy and delicious with the sweet and spicy sauce. Something we didn’t expect though was that instead of serving water, we were served corn tea which was a pleasant surprise so don’t be worried if you think that the water has a taste. Overall, a really good experience and I will definitely be going back there one day!

New addition to Kardinya. Must say it is a good addition. This korean bbq has good quality meat. Although price for the good quality meat is on the higher side. The seafood pancake was really good. Very crispy. The spicy cheese Tteokbokki was really good. Really good sauce. Good range of alcohol. Enjoyed the makgeolli, goes well with bbq meat. Sadly the small side dishes were not refillable

First time for my husband and I going to a Korean bbq. I was pleasantly surprised. Food is amazing, service is excellent. Considering its a small place, the atmosphere is comfortable. Very clean toilets. We will be going again. The only suggestion is maybe looking at a bigger premises. Current address is small, not ideal for small children. Need to book a table.
